An old fashioned, big top circus came to the little bitty town that is right by where we live, so we had to take Evan who loves the Dr. Suess book about the Circus McGurkus (the world's greatest show!). This circus did not have Old Sneelock, 500 gallons of lemonade or 45 minutes of things like something that is a lion but partly a trout. It did have some crazy acts with a clown, unicycles and something called a russian swing. It even had an act that included a huge horse that ran around with a pony. Evan really was banking on some elephants like the ones he saw with Grammy and Packaw, but he didn't seem disappointed with this tiny one ring circus. We had a great family night!
