and...take 3 for bringing the blog back to life! we have officially moved into our new house (out of the apartment!!), and we are starting to get settled. its about time i get some pictures up! and, i either didn't take pictures for nearly all of the month of july, or I lost them. so, moving along to august!
i guess august showers bring September flowers? well, technically, we won't know because we don't live at this house any more! but, looking at this picture makes me really miss the old house and the beautiful landscaping!! the old owners of our current house moved out a couple of weeks before we moved in...during that time, we didn't get a single drop of rain. when we moved in, the grass and landscaping was toast. We have in the past couple of weeks manage to squeeze a little life back into it...i think we are maybe at 50-60% green now!!
i know what my kids miss the most...their old neighbors!!! our new neighbors are definitely nice and there are TONS of kids around, but no family will ever be as wonderful as our old neighbors! I think this was our last weekend at the old house. Of course we stayed up to have a bonfire with them!
