Evan loves art. Whether it is coloring with markers or crayons (on paper, the walls, the floors, our furniture) or finger painting, he LOVES it. At daycare, they hang all of their creations on the walls, so after he deemed this work of art complete, he insisted that we hang it on the wall. 
yes, that is yellow by his mouth. yes, he tried to eat the paint a few times and wasn't phased by what i'm sure was a disgusting taste. i did actually have him stick his tongue out while i wiped it off with a paper towel.
he might have actually liked this part better than painting. i personally am a fan of the hair that was like that naturally when he woke up in the morning...must have been a rough night. 
it wasn't exactly tropical, but this weekend's weather definitely beats the nasty snow and ice that we've had lately. evan would have stayed out all day if we would have let him.
